Yowzas. That things rotator doesn't look like it'll be fixed anytime soon even that clipping sounds horrible. Looks to be a 1981 Gen 1 WS-3000 on a pre-864. Heck it even sounds amazing on fast wail. I think Idaho Falls did away with their system because as of now a lot of the sirens are removed. ...To warn people? Yeah, they're not exactly great at doing their job but the entire point of an ATI is to warn or notify people, just like any other siren. They're cheap, which is why cities buy them.
