Kiefer, OK has 3 Sentry 3v8s like 2 blocks apart from each other. One is on a hill, the other behind city hall and the third beside the FD.

Gaithursburg, MD... on top of the fire department / museum (if that's what it still is, I don't know nowadays) there are two red Model 5's side by side. I was in that area last week and saw them still standing. They can't be more than eight feet apart.

I've seen a Cyclone and STH side by side in NJ. The STH is a fire siren and the Cyclone is a warning siren for the Lower Alloy's power plant.

Yes I took that picture months ago before they got new T-121's, but the STH-10 is still there!

That makes no sense. So inefficient.
Their dB output does not simply add.
Would love to measure the output level of one, then both operating.
There would likely be cancellation issues if they attained the exact same pitch.
Would love to hear them "beating" because they likely will not attain the same pitch.

You might get maybe 1-2db gain when you have them both running. It would be noiser, but probably not louder.

Imagine spending all that money for another siren and getting only 1 to 2 dB gain?
It would be more, but not enough to justify double the cost. Big waste of money.
