No.
The British Civil Defence was considering adding a system of German HLS sirens to defend Britain in the Cold War against a missile attack. However, they dropped the idea due to the fact of costs for the entire installation were too high.
There are no pneumatic sirens anywhere in Britain.
However, some surviving units of pneumatic sirens are in Germany.
