Dude, that is the most pathetic attempt at a photoshop I've ever seen.
This is just the thumbnail of The Chach's video of the siren with the siren being poorly edited out. While the siren is currently down due to the station being rebuilt, it will be reinstalled later after refurbishment and another Thunderbolt is currently operating in its place.

You clearly photoshopped it and edited over the black thing. And yes, the siren’s been replaced with a yellow bolt while they repair the red thunderbolt.
