Fairly certain there's already a topic for this but I love Alertronics (mostly the rotational ones), and Sentries, especially the 3V8 or 20V1T. 2001s are also high up on my list because they have a lot of variety and history.

Off-topic but I also like Gentex fire alarms, specifically Commanders.

Probably the Cyclone 125. Or the Mobil Directo. They have a haunting tone that forces shivers down your spine.
