I think at this point I’m going to take Jerry’s advice and probably just fabricate my own. Thanks for the offer, might contact as it’s a spare 3T22 part.

That won't work since the 3T22's intake is smaller than the Banshee.

UPDATE:

So after opening it up yesterday I realized I need a damper system too. I will handle the flap myself, however, the actual damper system itself is missing. I contacted Mineral Point seeking information.

If anyone has a spare 3T22 damper system (Just the electrical stuff that makes it functional) that they would be willing to spare, please contact me.

Well. Now this is a disappointment. Do you think this means it never was coded to begin with?

I believe it was. It has extended intake, holes to mount a plate, and a place where the solenoid would go.
