Just picked this up. Originally thought to be a Darley, Per a siren map. Then I was thinking a Federal 7.
Any help on approximate age is greatly appreciated
Finally opened it up and found the tag. Paid basically $290 for it.
Thank you! Can’t wait to get this painted and powered up.DominatorSirens wrote: ↑Tue Jun 27, 2023 4:26 pmYour GDC could be from the 1940's, if that helps. Newer models had the "GCS" tag, according to Vintage Collections.
Would have to be 40s or earlier, I think. Fedelcodes stopped being made in 1948 in favour of the Enterprises designs, and Federal stopped using "Type Mach." at the same time. These are clearly based on the Fedelcode Type Mach. 7.DominatorSirens wrote: ↑Tue Jun 27, 2023 4:26 pmYour GDC could be from the 1940's, if that helps. Thank you! Couldn’t believe it. So happy to have won the auction.
That’s crazy. Can’t wait to power it up. Wasn’t seized, spins very well.Snowpix wrote: ↑Wed Jun 28, 2023 3:37 amWould have to be 40s or earlier, I think.
