Im currently in Tenino, WA and I'm wondering about the Sterling Model M at the fire station in Bucoda, someone says it goes off a 9pm....
Do any of you know when it goes off?
I would recommend calling the FD and asking them. Worst comes to worst, you can always just sit there and wait from 8 to 9... I've done that with other sirens before.echo1030 wrote: ↑Sat Jun 08, 2024 6:10 pmApologies for the 4 month bump, I plan on visiting the Sterling M tomorrow evening. Is it still sounding nightly at 8PM or have they shifted the curfew blast back to 9PM? I’m assuming it was sounding at 8 due to daylight savings time & the sirens timer being an hour off.
I’ll try giving them a call, was planning on recording it this past Sunday since I was at Spirit Peaks Drift Track at Mt St Helen’s but plans were changed. I definitely don’t mind waiting an hour myself but my girlfriend says otherwise considering it’s 3+ hours round trip. Hopefully I can get an answer from the VFD.SamtheSirenMan(531) wrote: ↑Fri Jun 14, 2024 3:36 pmI would recommend calling the FD and asking them.
