Can someone indentify this mystery siren for me pls? I can't indentify it. It's on 480 Katsuji Kitaguchi Avenue, in Mogi das Cruzes, São Paulo, Brazil.

Looks like a MOD, painted red and the drivers are weird looking

It's an Engesig OMNI, which is Engesig's clone of the Modulator, albeit with differently shaped cells. Engesig is based out of São Paulo.
