The Arctic Siren Map is finished - it has been for a few months now. Today, the map just got 5,000 views! Unless someone sends me a new location, this thing is finished.
I loved doing this - it helped me get over the summer slump of, "bahh, I did all the stuff and things I wanted to do back in June, what now?" This is the 'what now.' I have mapped Greenland, northern Canada, northern Alaska, and even Antarctica! I am now working on a much better project, not necessarily sirens but still mapping.
If you're bored and don't know what to do, map an obscure region of the world. You'll have lots of fun doing it and it'll keep you up at night (in the good way.)
I also want to thank traintravelers1 for helping me find alot of the DEW line sirens, which also enabled me to find the TRUE northernmost siren of the US - Barrow, AK!
From the creator of the Official Arctic Siren Map and the one who found the northernmost siren in the US
