This is a late reply, but there's a T-128 mounted like that in Omaha, NE.
I'm a siren enthusiast but I also collect electric fans. I’m working on a map for sirens in NE and hope to post it here someday

Now I have 8 small sirens, and 58 electric fans :D :D
