Post your fire siren photos here!

Wed Aug 28, 2024 1:25 pm

I found a website (www.gnofirephotos.com) that has numerous fire station photos around the Louisiana area. This includes photos of the old Baton Rouge, Louisiana system, having numerous photos of fire stations including a Federal Signal Model 5/7, and even one including a Thunderbolt. This site has also caused me to find a Federal Enterprises Model 2T only 12 minutes from me! Located on 501 Anson St in Gretna, Louisiana. Pictures will be uploaded by this afternoon. It just has a ton of old siren photos, and I thought it would be interesting to show to you guys because in my opinion it's really cool! Other than that, thanks for reading. :D

I'm a siren enthusiast but I also collect electric fans. I’m working on a map for sirens in NE and hope to post it here someday

Now I have 8 small sirens, and 58 electric fans :D :D

No. The fire station is now defunct and is being used as a house. The housing was lost in Katrina, and has been presumably inactive since then.
