How do you buy a siren from a town?

Hi! My name is Griffin W. I am trying to buy a siren from a town.
I have not called them yet but I am wondering if you have any advice??
I am going to offer the town 200$+ Cash..

I say this to every enthusiast who asks here for tips on how to buy a siren: Be prepared for the town workers to say "no", no matter how much money you will give them! They may actually have plans for it, like refurbishing it or putting it on display. As long as you know what their exact plans for the siren are and if they're willing to give it away, you may have a chance of obtaining it!

I'll also say that you may want to also have more money than $200. If they do say they you can take it, they may want way more than what you'll expect!
