Lansing's old siren system article

I'm here yet again for more information about Lansing's old system, but this time I wrote a whole article in Google Docs that you can read.

As a heads up, some of the information may not be exactly correct yet, as I was only able to work off of a few newspaper articles for this. If you have any corrections, please let me know here!

The actual person is unknown, all I know from Mark is that it was picked up by a man living in southern Florida.
