I believe there was a second soundmaster 125 in Wilburton OK. I vividly remember seeing it by the train tracks east of the downtown area a bit over 20 years ago. I had no clue what the siren was, until many years later when it was mentioned on the forums. By the time I had returned to the area after hearing about its rarity the siren was gone and had been replaced :(

Gibbon Minnesota has a gray Sound-Master 125 on the water tower, inactive i think, worked about 9 or some years ago city said they would be repairing it unsure if that ever happened though, also Plymouth Minnesota had one, ill have to dig the location up, its been removed, Sedan and Cedar-vale Kansas had them as well, now removed i have photos of both, Joplin Missouri had one on the college no photo, but news article stating it had been installed, was removed before the tornadoes hit, Broken Bow Oklahoma had one according to a Sound-Master tech which now has passed 'May god rest his sole' but those are the only ones i know off head. -Christian
