Paducah FS STH-10

I was looking at a siren map of Paducah and found an STH-10 on hinkleville road behind a Taco Johns. I know it likely isn't operational, but im curious if anyone has any information on it? I wonder if Mccracken county's EMA would be willing to sell it.

According to the state map, it used to be a fire siren although it is now inactive. I'm not sure if they would be willing to sell, since it might not be in the hands of the EMA, but you could always try asking about its condition.
