It is a 5V, and 16 port too! It doesn't work though.

Lincoln, IL has 5 that I deem low mounted, this one at the corner of 5th St & Memorial Park Rd literally made me audibly laugh out loud.

And yes I named my fursona after a tornado siren. All four of my sonas have sirens as middle names:
Vincent Penetrator, Evergo Thunderbolt, Rejuvenation Thunderbeam, & Casablanca Tempest.
