It's a vertical B&M siren. The Vertical Champion and this do look kind of similar, though.

Also, is that the original housing for it, or was it modified? I remember seeing a picture of another one (unless it's the same one) that the housing was completely different on.

it's a inactive, i see the rotor is not spined at between September 2023 and July 2024.

it was modified to have further protections for the stator and rotor.
