I also found that some sirens were installed in patterns. From 39 - 42 there was a straight line and that went to 43 directly and sirens were numbered around there. I used this to create possible assumptions for sirens that have missing numbers. East Side sirens were probably installed at similar times so their numbers are close together. All of the numbers been added to the map and I think this will be helpful.
