looks like Fm Si 39, but not. and port ratio and company is unknown.

I'm assuming it's an Elektror? The siren map said it's a HOR Siro-Drone but I doubt it is

It's a 9 port MOR(Motor Over Rotor) Type Vertical siren. It's fire siren and active.
