We do not have topics set up to lock automatically, and only do so manually if they are problematic. If somebody has good information to add to an old post, it's not a problem. It just has to be actually good information.

also, I've been desperately trying to find Baxter Minnesota hurricane video do you guys know where it was posted and what year the video was taken down?
Wait…there was a video of it?!
It's very unlikely that there's a video or audio of the Baxter unit, as much as I hate to say it. It's just like that Minnetonka unit.

I have reason to believe that the Elk Grove tank Hurricane was actually a tube rotator/prototype. If you look at the photos of the one in Centralia, the rotator is obviously bigger than the blower pipe. If you look at DeKalb's prototype, the rotator is vaguely the size of it, but a little bigger. Looking at both DeKalb and Elk Grove photos the rotators look very similar, but it may not be because of the low quality.

I've tried to make the following photos as explainable as I could. I've put little bars on certain parts to determine the width of those certain parts.
