No, those sound more like 2001's. T-128's are much lower pitched.

Omaha has a system of T-128's....

Omaha replaced all their old Thunderbolts with T-128s, but there are three or four 2001s on the west side of town, around 144th and further west, that were installed earlier and not replaced.
