I wouldn't think so, I think they came out with the WPS-2900 series last year that replaced the WPS-2800 series.

One would hope that they finally give up on the overpowered iPods and not try to make other failure of a siren.

Who cares about a mere bunch of speakers imitating "real" sirens?
Just discovered a Whelen 2950(?) in a nearby neighborhood.
Have not even bothered a second glance at it since.

I believe you're thinking of the Whelen WS-3016, aren't you? Though the idea of a WPS-3000 series sounds cool! :D
Blades will bleed. Shields Will Shatter. But as the light fades, will the Hero rise again? Or will darkness rein?
