I think the low pitched siren might be a Whelen or T-128, and the high pitched siren might be an STH-10 or Model 5.

Sounds to me like a Cyclone/T-135 and a NG Whelen. Or maybe a Sentry?

Probably a Sentry, Western Kansas has a bunch of Sentrys with some Whelens.
