STH10 STH10 STH10

hmmm, I am all for mechanical sirens over anything else but I gotta say I'm not a big fan of the STH10.. Why does it's wind up sound so underpowered! They sound like they are ready to burn-up and short out. The model 5 and 7 stand tall above this thing anyday.. Nice ripping fire in the background!

That's not a fire in the background, it's lights from an industrial complex.

Has to be a single phase STH-10, this one that Derek recorded sounds much better.

The STH-10 in this new video also sounds much better. The one in your post sounded sick.

Both of those sound much better. Either they are wired up with better voltage or they are the early 10 horsepower version of the STH10. The newer 7 1/2 horsepower sounds weak! They don't ramp up to speed fast enough and sound sickning.

Our recently installed STH cranks up and sounds like the last two videos.
