Chino 2001-SRNB test 3-7-2008

Sat Mar 08, 2008 8:13 am

Just the same California Institution for Men/Chino Prison siren test but this time, I managed to capture the pre-activation signal before the main sirens go off.

Chino's Attack signal sounds different than any other Attack signal I've ever heard on 2001 SRNB's. I like the way it sounds.

Are these sirens part of the city's system, or are they controled by the prison?

Nice recording!!!! It really lets you hear the rotation, which is sometimes not well-recorded. The warning whoops are something I've never heard. Some time I need to go and hear that test in person.

Yes, that's a real 500-lb Federal SD-10 I'm holding (braggart!)

The sirens are independently owned and operated by California Institution for Men/Chino Prison.

Didn't get caught this time huh. What did Chino have before the selec-tones and the 2001-srnb's?
The Cal Trimmer, by Eastman industries
