That is one of the city of Gadsden's sirens.... All of east alabama uses the WPS 2800 series due to the anniston army depot.

Anyway same storm produced this tornado in cherokee county to the Nw...thought yall might like to see it..

That siren seems to be broken. Note how that siren's sound is choppy (you can it going bip bip bip) as it goes along, sort of like in Adam's video of the 2900 in Brentwood, MO.

Weren't those small chops in the sound meant to increase the siren's range of attention-getting amongst similar background noises?
