Whelen with Tornado Voice

This first one is a bit wierd, it does alert tone for like 10-20 secs and then says some wierd tornado message...i can make out "A tornado warning has been issued, spotted, or detected on radar..something...take cover imedately." I don't know why they can't just say "Tornado Warning, Take Cover"
