Sentries are the only electro-mechanical sirens that I've ever heard that sound in a full octave interval. I'm guessing that the port ratio for that siren is 8/16. I loved the long wind-down!

That octave ratio is unique to Sentry and Sterling, which has had them since at least the late 1930's.

What is the decibel rating on these?

Today's current 10V2T is rated at 120dB at 100'. I say "today's" because they changed the output rating of some of their sirens recently, such as the 40V2T going from 128dB to 130dB. So this 10V2T may be a few dB quieter than todays offering.

I think the higher tone is a bit too high to be effective. It is only a semi-tone lower than the ATI's dreadful pitch. Nevertheless the wind-up and wind-down sounds nice.
