I was watching that UFO show on the history channel a few days ago and they played part of that film from the part with the billboard, and the note on the wall with "air raid rehearsal today" and the black and white T-bolt.
Maybe there's a clip of it on the history channel for that episode?

It was on the Las Vegas historical society website a while ago, probably still there. This film was actually filmed in Culver and Pasadena. The T-Bolt is in Pasadena. The "A" is in LA somewhere. Horn IDK

That TBolt looks like one of the truck-bed mounted ones.
