The Thunderbolt is seen twice and the second time is seen longer

first at 00:41 and the other @ 00:53

The explosions of the houses are weird but yet, kinda cool. Was it planned?
There is a thunderbolt siren in my head, it is always going off...

I just dawned on me that the siren sound emitting from the t-bolt is still that smaller siren first heard, but just at a louder volume. It doesn't sound to me like it's just the chopper. anyhow Weird!!!
