In Aurora,NE. It doesnt sound like a 2001 to me...not really high pitched like the ones ive heard in other vids

The title at the bottom says Kearney, NE...and it sounds like a 2001 to me.
If you watch the one that says "Caught in the path of possible tornado"...thats a 2001 also.

I agree.... has to be a 2001. It is higher pitch than usual but the 2001-130 is the highest pitched 2001 i'e heard so it could be one of those?

It's the newest of the 2001 series if I am not mistaken. Have one of these little buggers south of me. Attack mode on this series of the 2001 sound quite booming.

Maybe its one of those new FS 2001RL's or whatever theyre called. I hear they have longer lasting batteries for long storm warnings, so maybe it was like just turned on, and is full of battery charge.
