The pitch rises and falls just like in those other two 2001-130 videos. I don't think it's the wind either. It sounds like it has something to do with the rotation of the siren.

It's a rotating siren. It's only effective for who it's pointing at.
If it ain't made in America it shouldn't be here!

Well, that's obvious, but listen to how the pitch keeps rising and falling with the rotation of the siren. That's not normal. Only the volume should rise and fall, unless of course the siren is in Wail or Fast Wail mode. Like Justin said in another post, the mechanism with the slip rings may be out of alinement. What ever the problem is, it seems to be becoming more and more common with 2001-130's.
