There was a 3rd super banshee that I found outside of Johnson Creek and Tomah. When I find it, I'll post it. If my memory serves me correctly, it's not there anymore.

Edit, the Cyclone is a fun siren. If I remember right there were 40 and 50hp models. I like the 40 as it has a more long-winded windup which is more exciting -- you can savor it.

Dodgeville, WI tests their dual tone banshees and Cyclones daily, though the Cyclone only growls. It comes to life full cycle bi-monthly though.

It looks a bit different form the SuperBanshee I saw in Johnson Creek, WI.

Does anyone know what the port ratio on the three-tone Soundmaster is?

I believe Buggsr, or someone else, explained it away as being basically a 3 signal SoundMaster....


If it WAS 3 chopper wheels, then, I'd presume it to be 8/10/12 port intervals.

NO, there are not 3 choppers. The "3-Tone" refers to the number of signals it produces (alert, attack, Hi-lo).

It is a Dual-toned siren. Port ratio is 8/12.
