Mike, reparing fibreglass is actually quite easy. Ive done it before with a Bondo fibreglass repair kit on one of my fibreglass patch panels on my truck. It is consisted of resin and a mat.
Ok, lets say we have a crack in a Allertor projector. You would clean the inside, then bond a little mat onto the surface. Then you would pour a little resin down the crack to bond the exposed fibers. Should have a really strong joint when done.
