2T22 in Model 5/7 style housing

In the past few years, while I wasn't paying a lot of attention to this board, did anyone ever find out for certain what the siren was called that was basically a horn-less 2T22 in a model 5 style "firecracker" housing?

Anyone own one, or have detailed photos?

We believe that was the rare Fedelcode Model "10" or "20" talked about in the old ads. There was a discussion of one not long ago due to the siren falling off of it's tower during a storm.

Unfortunately, it looks like the first video, which had amazing up close shots of the inside of the siren (although destroyed) is not working. The farmlandfire.com link has a decent recording of the siren as well. The siren was replaced with a Sentry 10v.

Another one of these sirens has been found in kansas, it was posted earlier this year.

The construction of the stators looks more like a Sterling or the earliest Federal horizontal models, and the port ratio is 9/12 like a Model 5T. These are nothing like a 2T22.

Hazleton, IA has an old Fedelcode siren similar to this. It's in rather poor condition though, and most likely no longer
used because there's a T-128 only about 25 feet away.

These are the only 2 that I have ever seen in person.

This one appears much more to have Model 3/5-type rotors than in the above picture.




These rotors look somewhat like those on a Model 2.
