Indeed it does... Although, it could just as well be a WPS omni-directional siren. The object seems solid, which supports Banshee_DUDE's theory. For WPS omni-directional sirens have indents and areas you can see through. I see absolutely no light going through the object. I see no wires or antennas on the pole.

There is another factor that is attacking Banshee_DUDE's theory; the camera's quality. The camera is fairly blurry, therefore giving an inaccurate viewing of the object, and the pole.
