There are at least two here in Cincinnati (neither video is mine):

Downtown (on top of Park Place at Lytle)

There are also a couple of 1003's in Derek Thompson's area in South Dakota as well. One at a Fire Department (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ydp6iANa ... annel_page) and one on a Police Station (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4I_uQ-By ... annel_page).
