The other siren with the heating lights underneath does have a 100% tell-tale Darley sign to it. The bottom-most piece's curvature looks exactly like that which I have seen on other Darley sirens. These are the ones that typically have a vertically-slotted, sheet metal housing and sometimes a horizonal W.S. Darley band around them.
The Cameron, MO siren definitely has to be a Sterling. The stator shrouds and (what's left of) the intake cones look exactly like those on other Sterlings, except scaled to the right size.
