Sorry for the inaccurate price on the pole.

The siren and controls, however (130-DC), were $11,400 according to Federal Warning Systems back in November. Prices are only good for 30 days, and are therefore not recent, but are probably a fair estimate. Blue Valley might charge a lot more, also, FWS does not service TN.

Battery warming blankets are extra (about 500 for four)

Transformer for AC/DC operation is $1,500

Yes they do, Electrical Sales Associates in Nashville, TN is our Federal dealer. I have dealt with them many times.

I called them the other day about a 2001-130 and controls price.

How old is this pic? I bet one of those grey bolts came from 83rd and Monticello area in Lenexa. There used to be a grey bolt there but now stands a 2001

FWS is the Rochester "substation" to FSC. They service Minnesota, Iowa, North Dakota, and Wisconsin for federal.

FSC, as I understand it, has many other "substations".

Then how did Williamson County, TN and Vanderbilt get their Federal sirens?

Huh? Federal Warning Systems is a subsidiary of Federal Signal Corp., not a dealer or a "substation". To buy a siren form FWS, you will need to contact a authorized dealer. And yes, FWS services the whole country though their dealers (they should have them listed on their site) and even overseas. Also, the price quote you got form Federal is the factory pricing (which is highly marked up) and not the dealer pricing which is what's accurate. FSC has multiple subsidiary companies, and many dealers through their respective subsidiaries.
