Ottawa,IL Lift-bridge siren?

I Cant Even see it.... although it sounds like a model 5 or model 2

Thing is it has the 'roughness' of a Model 5, but winds up at the same speed and hits the same pitch as a Model D.

Yeah,when we used to live by there,me and my dad would go to watch trains cross the bridge,and when they would put the bridge down that siren would go off.But that was before I got into sirens...
