That's just a generic floor flange. You can get one at any reputable plumbing shop.

Also the original tbolt came with a pipe inside a pipe that helped to center the siren on the flange.

Oh. I thought you meant a chopper mounting flange and I was trying to figure out what you were talking about.
I got my flange at a pipe supply and they threaded my shortened air pipe too. I stuck a smaller diameter piece of steel tubing down into my air pipe (I ended up having to cut the original flange and pipe off because I broke the original flange) so my rotator box would stay on after I lifted it up onto the pipe.

The swap really wasn't as hard as I thought. I simply tapped both armatures off of the 1000 chopper and the 2T chopper and switched them between each other.

Now try and get a spare 5 port stator so you don't have to fully waste the 2t.

That doesn't seem hard at all to make. I found a 3" iron floor flange online for pretty cheap, I'll check our local electrical/plumbing store this week and see if they have the same thing for less. How did you manage to keep the smaller steel tube in place, did you weld it or something? Also since I can't quite turn my Thunderbolt on it's side at the moment, what is the size of said pipe that goes into the rotator box? (My guess is 2 1/2"..but I don't know for sure)

Thanks! I do plan on keeping it dual tone, it really gives it a meaner and more distinct sound. The single tone chopper made it sound too much like a vacuum cleaner in my opinion.

It's not pipe it's steel tubing. I don't think there is a pipe size available to go inside the the 3in standpipe with a close fit like the original standpipe/tube top assembly. Tubing is sized differently. I got a piece from a material supply we use at work. I have it just stuck in there now.

So far the plan is to get the siren set and completely installed on Saturday. Keep an eye on the Facebook album because I post photos right as I take them with my phone. Enjoy!

Just a heads up, we are installing the siren head tomorrow and will get everything else wired up and ready to go. Look for some test videos soon
