Sentry 5V or 3V8? (in Louisiana)

Is this a Sentry 5V or 3V8? I posted this on You Tube early last month after visiting the powwow in Kinder,Louisiana

3V8, from what I can tell. 5V's have a very large skirt compared to the 3V8. They also have a larger stator. Basically, they are 10V-sized with a skirt instead of horns.
