That was a mistake in the Archive, Denver is all Federal Signal. That Allertor belongs to Englewood, which is just South of Denver.

Living in Midland, I personally take great pride in our system. Although tornadoes are a rarity, chemical emergencies aren't. The HQ of Dow Chemical and Down Corning are both in Midland.

The system is a mix of RM-130s and T-128s, I belive that the RM-130s were the original sirens and the T-128s were added when additional coverage was needed or a RM-130 needed replacement. A brand new T-128 was installed in Plymouth Park last year, replacing a older T-128 that stoped working there.

A American Signal emergency text display board exists near the plants aswell.

Portage used to have a P-10 or P-15 behind the libray, but a FS 2001 now holds its spot. There also used to be an Allertor in Kalamazoo, but there isn't any siren there anymore. Niles has 3 restored and working Allertors, and there is an Allertor In Adrian.
My other ride is a 1950 Chrysler-Bell Victory siren.

(Sorry, I should know the answer to this already but I don't).
Kalamazoo and Portage are all 2001s now, with the exception of the 1000T and 1000 at Pfizer plants. Portage are 2001-SRNs, Kalamazoo is a mix of SRNs, SRNBs, and 130s.
It is not all 2001's: I have seen several model 5/7s in Kalamazoo.
