Yeah, I thought so. It looks like there are nuts holding the bolts in on that siren though, instead of threads in the holes on the rim of the stator.

Mine also has them. It was probably an add on if you wanted to buy it but not mandatory.

Thats what I was thinking, does your siren have the louver at the same angle as the cap and larger in diameter, or is it more angled and of the same diameter? (Same thing to Crazywarriorman)

Mine is the exact same as Crazywarriorman's. But mines rusted and one hole is cracked.

Both of my cast iron rotor model fives have those holes in the stator.
