Oh my gosh! That is just terrible. I really felt for that siren, especially when I saw the picture of it falling. I hope no one got hurt. Imagine if that thing would have fallen on someone. So unsafe and unnecessary.

I'm betting you there was a dumpster at the base of that tower for that exact reason.....
