Yeah, it's called a sprinkler timer and an Artisan time capsule (time delay). Just got everything edited and I'm exporting now. It sounded great! I have some more news about things now. Currently they're just using a light switch and a phase converter, plus something interesting. Recently the fire department, which is part of a fire district and not the city, moved to a new building, donating the old one to the city. As it turns out, there was a Federal Signal RC-2 still in there even though the siren, which the mayor had forgot about, had been removed years ago. I'm going to guess it was a Model 2. I'll get a link to the videos and to the pictures when everything is uploaded.
