Just imagine how much coverage we would have if every single siren went off at once.
Then again, they are old sirens.
Well then again, the 10 older sirens have been duds for the last 5 months, the particular Whelen pictured has been stuck in that position for a least the last five years, and has never activated since. Same with the Whelen to the northeast, which has been facing west for a few years now. Not to mention the 70th/Valley Whelen is stuck southeast, and the 76th/Levee Whelen is stuck facing southwest.
I hate to see these older sirens fail just as much as you do.
