Was just doing a google streetview tour of firehouses in Beaver County, Pa today... the Model 2 is interesting but have a look at the Model 5 (I guess) that is on top of the current firehouse. I have seen a few more Model 5 type sirens that have this exact same housing in the western Pa area, not sure who (if anyone) did the housing for it... definitely different!

I think you've found a housing made by General City Services (GCS)
