Looks like that's a negatory, Travis. The poster of this video says they stopped doing it in 2005 (of course I have no way to verify that). Any tests on YouTube are of the system going into alert. Which sort of makes sense if they're controlling mechanical and electronic sirens now.

Well, Jeff, it looks like you're our only hope. I have a mandated overtime fun meeting at work from 0800-1630. I might just skip out on it and go get a test, seeing as I have 2 weeks left before I get laid off, haha.
